Returns

* Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
* The product must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.
* Customized or personalized jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds

* Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval of your refund.
* Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Exchanges

* Exchanges are available only for defective or damaged products.
* Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with clear photos of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

* Customized jewellery
* Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
* Gift cards
* Clearance or sale items

Damaged or Wrong Item

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos.

Cancellation

* Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
* Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
