Exchange Policy

At Shahi Gehnaa, we are committed to delivering high-quality handmade jewellery. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we are happy to assist you with an exchange.

Exchange Eligibility

You may request an exchange if:

  • You receive a damaged product.
  • You receive the wrong item.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

To be eligible, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide your order number along with clear photos of the product.

Exchange Conditions

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
  • All original tags, accessories, and invoices must be included.
  • Exchange requests submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Customized or personalized jewellery.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.
  • Items purchased during clearance, sale, or promotional offers unless they are damaged or incorrect.

Exchange Process

  • Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions.
  • After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will dispatch the replacement product within 3–5 business days, subject to stock availability.

Shipping Charges

  • If the exchange is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective product), Shahi Gehnaa will bear the shipping cost.
  • For any other approved exchange, the customer may be responsible for the shipping charges.
